Registration Fees

$80 Early-Bird Registration Fee (by August 31, 2018)
$50 Early-Bird Student Registration Fee (by August 31, 2018)

$90 Regular Registration Fee (after August 31, 2018)
$60 Student Registration Fee (after August 31, 2018)

The conference registration fee includes:

  • Welcome reception
  • Multiple coffee breaks
  • Lunch on Saturday
  • Dinner on Saturday
  • Conference materials
  • Admission to all technical talks

Meals are not included in the registration fees. Meals will be on your own. There are several dining options near campus, as well as in and around Norman. Please ask any of the conference staff for local recommendations.
